Staff and principal engineers, architects, and technical leaders who already have a system or a concrete problem. If you need a syllabus, start with a course or workshop instead.

Architecture Review
Review an existing AI or agent system for structure, security, runtime, RAG, identity, reliability, and scale.
System Design Session
Design a new AI platform, agent system, or enterprise integration from constraints, not a blank canvas.
AI Security & Identity Review
Focus on authentication, delegation, authorization, credentials, agent capabilities, and trust boundaries.
AI Architecture Career Session
For experienced engineers or architects moving toward AI Architect, Enterprise AI Architect, Agent Systems Architect, or AI Security Architect.
What to send beforehand
- A short description of the system or decision
- Constraints you cannot change (compliance, vendors, timelines)
- Architecture diagrams or ADRs if you have them
- The outcome you want from the hour
Format, outcome, confidentiality
Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes, remote. You leave with a written note of decisions, risks, and next architecture moves. Engagements are confidential; nothing from your system is reused as a public case without permission.
